What You Will Do
- Provide top-notch IT support across a wide range of systems, devices, and applications.
- Listen to client needs, document issues, and coordinate timely solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve desktop, software, and network problems.
- Perform a variety of tasks across operating systems, email clients, and cloud services.
- Partner with the Vitech team to share knowledge, tools, and best practices.
- Document solutions and procedures clearly for future use.

Technical Background
- Fluent in English (C1 proficiency required).
- At least 1 year of IT experience.
- Proficiency with operating systems, desktop apps, email clients, and basic networking.
