2022

Foundation

Founded by Victoria Concha, who, with her experience in consulting for clients in the United States and Europe, decided to start a company providing specialized IT consulting services to global clients from Cali, Colombia. Vitech began its journey under her leadership with a focus on technical excellence and client success.

2023

Growth and New Clients

The team expanded thanks to the development of new clients. Vitech moved to a larger office, consolidating its operations and strengthening its presence.

2024

Culture and Well-being

Vitech strengthened its organizational culture, recognizing that team well-being is just as important as project success. Wellness initiatives were introduced, including yoga sessions, office snacks and beverages, monthly team-building activities, and continuous training programs.

2025

Expansion to Bogotá

The company grew to meet increasing client demand. Strategic growth included the opening of a new office in Bogotá to strengthen national operations and better serve international partners.
